 They are goals that are smart goals. They help me with my learning.

Task: set a learning goal, a behaviour goal and an at home goal. Create a goal fish to display you goals.

Harriet, you have thought hard about your goals and what you want to achieve, setting at home and school goals to help you to grow as a learner and a person. Taking responsibility for your clothes (and other possessions) is important and will help you become more focused. Keep working hard on your basic facts learning and you will keep climbing the ladder. Soon it will be time to set new goals!

Get it, Sort it, Use it reading

Task: use the ‘get it, sort it, use it’ model of inquiry to find out about the commonwealth games and share what we have learned.

WALT: use our prior knowledge to help us understand what we read.  (Get it)

finding  info and putting it in my kahoot so my Kahoot has more info

 find more info and have more ideas so we can have more pages of Kahoot 
The fun part of the Get it, Sort it, Use it inquiry process was… was the use it part because we got to do a poster about sickness. We did it do no one wlii get sick
You have thought about your learning and used your reading strategies to help as you read to make meaning and grow your understanding and knowledge. You and your group worked to create a kahoot and we had fun using them in class to check our understanding about the Commonwealth Games.
Harriet, I can see you noticed we used the Get it, Sort it, Use it inquiry process in reading when you reading all about microbes. When else do we use this inquiry process?
